Technical Business Analyst

- Experience developing project deliverables including business cases, customer requirements, status reports, and project time estimates.
- Experience managing custom application development projects with at least 5 team members.
- Experience creating and managing projects in project management software like Jira, Microsoft Project or similar software.
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading change management and communication planning.
- Experience developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across the organization, including executive level.
- Experience creating and management project forecasts and budgets.
- Experience with CRM or similar software a benefit
- Active PMP or PGMP Certification or equivalent as asset

Senior Full Stack Developer
Key Experience

- 6+ years of full-stack software development experience with expertise in building micro-services and customer facing APIs
- Full-stack expertise and experience in React and Node
- Mastery in database technologies including RDBMS and NoSQL databases (Postgres / MySQL / Dynamo) and experience writing high performing queries
- Experienced with agile methodology with high standards of code quality, produces code that’s high quality, testable, reliable, performs at scale
- 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
- Experience designing and building serverless applications on AWS, which includes working with services like ELB, RDS, Dynamo, API Gateways, Lambda, S3
- Must have proven, real-world experience with implementing architectural patterns and operational best practices with microservices
- Expertise in algorithm design, problem-solving, complexity analysis, secure coding best practices and remediation
- BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience
